ISAC Fund will offer a presentation about the “Advantages of Collective Security over Neutrality”, at the panel on collective security, on Tuesday, October 26th.

Panels will be held every day, starting at 6pm, at Blowup bar, Street Bulevar Despota Stefana 36a.
