In front of you is the analysis of Serbia’s alignment with the European Union’s Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP), prepared by the ISAC Fund for the year 2025. The document provides an overview of key trends, decisions, and challenges in the alignment process, as well as an assessment of the progress achieved so far in this area.
The publication comes at a time when issues of foreign‑policy alignment are increasingly in the focus of the public and Serbia’s European partners, offering important context for understanding the current dynamics of relations between Serbia and the European Union.
