Adam Balcer’s lecture Turkey and the Western Balkans – a view from Poland, held on June 23rd, 2011 at the Institute for European Studies in Belgrade, had a significant impact in Serbian public. However, due to the numerous poor interpretations of the lecture in the media, ISAC fund has decided to provide the public with the resume of the lecture.
